Farland Enterprises, Inc. was started in January 2003 to provide top notch general contracting, home remodeling and renovation, property management and site development services for residents and businesses in the Greater New Bedford areas, Rhode Island and Greater Boston areas. We have over thirty years in the construction industry building custom homes, additions and other small to large scale home remodeling, home renovation projects. Farland Enterprises also offers incredibly affordable property maintenance and management service contracts in the greater New Bedford areas.
In the 80’s owner Roland Farland was employed by various construction companies as site engineer and superintendent responsible for the overall success of industrial parks, commercial site development and private entities. In the 90’s Roland was first employed as a project manager and promoted to vice president of a major road & bridge company, his sons were also employed by this company. Together they share a vast knowledge in all relevant construction fields.
